Atlas Rentals offers one of the more extreme ways to discover Limassol in Cyprus. It has a wide variety of vehicles and excursions, allowing you to experience a thrill seeking adventure! Or go independent and hire one of the quad bikes for the day to see the sights for yourself!
Explore Limassol’s sights & coastlines
With two offices along Limassol’s main promenade, Atlas Rentals houses a large number of vehicles and offers tailored safaris along the picturesque Limassol coastline. Quad biking allows explorers to soak up the beautiful scenery the extreme way. Giving you access to a number of remote places you’d otherwise have trouble getting to.
Parts of Atlas’s safaris include sightseeing expeditions across the south side of Cyprus. Explore the local history at the former crusader stronghold, Kolossi Castle or discover the quaint cat-filled Monastery of Saint Nicolas of the Cats, all of which makes for fun and much needed stops when you require a short break from the baking sun!
But it’s the natural landscapes like the coastal sand dunes along Lady’s Mile Beach and the famous Kourion Beach that are really worth the trip. We would recommend making sure you stop at the sunken 1972 Three Stars Shipwreck, which can be found barren on the rocks near Akrotiri Peninsular. It’s a frequented diving spot with a diversity of marine life!
If you’re a nature Seeker, make sure you stop at the salt lake! Its shallow waters attract thousands of wading birds during migration season and act as a flamingo sanctuary during the Winter months, with estimates suggesting nearly 20,000 birds make use of the shrimp-rich waters.
For us, it was the pure adrenaline rush of going fast off-road that made the experience one of our favourites. Elias, the manager at Atlas Rentals, was extremely friendly and ensured we had a really great time! Highly recommend it to see the sights the extreme way!
